Donato Apartment

The owner of a quaint two-bed one bath apartment in downtown Georgetown decided it was time to expand, but didn't want to move away from her great location. After purchasing the one-bed unit directly above, we broke through the ceiling to connect the two spaces with a staircase-- ultimately transforming the upstairs into the main living room and office, as well as her primary bedroom, and the downstairs to house the kitchen & dining room alongside the two bedrooms. The family now has plenty of room for entertaining!
