After a previous client moved to the Capitol Hill neighborhood, we got to work on their new rowhome. Focused on making more out of less, the skylights and the open concept help bring in beautiful natural light, highlighting the warm wood tones. The skylights frame the preserved original wooden joist and sliding glass doors that provide flexibility for privacy. A striking detail on the first floor is the salvaged green glass-front cabinet, which aligns with the beams above and connects the kitchen to dining spaces together.
